Funnel Terms

Early access

Funnel is in early access. Features change, and some parts are marked Pending until they are ready. We tell you before we remove something you rely on.

Your account

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and give us true details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.

Brands

• You are the seller of what your funnel sells, and responsible for the funnel’s words, prices, refunds and the app’s compliance with store rules.
• Payments run through Stripe, under Stripe’s terms. Any fees are shown in Studio before you publish.
• You set what creators earn per sale. Earned commissions are owed for sales that are paid and not refunded or disputed.

Creators

• You earn the share shown in a campaign for each paid sale your link brings. Refunded, disputed or fraudulent sales are not paid, and are taken back if already paid.
• Earnings are paid every Monday for sales that cleared the week before, once you have set up payouts. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• Say clearly that your posts are paid promotion (for example #ad), follow each platform’s rules, and never make promises about an app that it does not keep.
• No self-referrals, fake clicks, bought traffic or spam. We may hold earnings while we check unusual activity.

Buying through a funnel

Your purchase is with the app company named on the funnel and checkout, under its terms and refund policy. Contact it about the app; contact us about the payment page.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or the rules of the App Store, Google Play, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other service you use with us.
• Mislead people: fake reviews, hidden ads, false claims about an app, or posts that hide that they are paid.
• Upload content you have no rights to, or images of children.
• Attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.

Your content

What you put in stays yours. You give us the rights we need to host, process and show it to provide the service, and nothing more. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our service

Funnel, its software and its look belong to Kramer Ventures. You may use them while your account is open, under these terms.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning when we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should last (payments owed, liability, law) survive.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep the service running and correct, but we provide it as it is, without promises of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies; using the service after that means you accept it.

Law

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict rules. Courts in Zürich decide disputes, unless the law where you live as a consumer says otherwise.
