Funnel Privacy Policy
Funnel is part of Studio. It hosts web funnels for apps (funnel.kramer.llc) and runs the Funnel app, where creators earn by sharing those funnels. This policy covers people who visit a funnel, creators, and brands. Kramer Ventures, Zürich, Switzerland runs Funnel.

If you visit a funnel
Funnels are made by the app company whose name is on them. That company decides what its funnel asks and is responsible for it; we host it for them.
- Your answers on the funnel’s screens and which screens you saw.
- An anonymous id, the creator link you came from, and basic device data (browser, country, referrer).
- If you buy: your email and the purchase. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
If you are a creator
- Your account: name, email, handle, profile picture and the social accounts you add.
- Your links and what they bring: visits, sales, refunds and your earnings.
- Payout details, held by our payment provider; we only see what we need to pay you (for example the last digits of an account).
- Messages you send to app teams in the Funnel app, and a push token if you allow notifications.
If you are a brand
Brands use Funnel inside Studio, so the Studio Privacy Policy covers your account and team.
How we use it
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
- To show funnels, take payments and give the app you bought access.
- To count which creator brought which sale, show creators their earnings and pay them every Monday.
- To prevent fraud, such as fake visits or self-referrals, and to keep Funnel secure.
Who else handles it
The app company behind each funnel sees its funnel’s visits, answers and purchases. Creators see their own sales as counts and amounts, never who bought. Our providers are Cloudflare, Railway, Stripe and Apple, only to run Funnel, with appropriate safeguards where data leaves Switzerland.
Cookies and storage
A funnel stores an anonymous id in your browser so a purchase can be matched to the creator link you came from. No advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting (usually 10 years in Switzerland), and backups that age out within 35 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Keys you save in Studio are encrypted with a separate key. Access inside Kramer Ventures is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
The waitlist
If you join a waitlist we keep your email and which page you joined from, only to invite you. Every invite has a way to say no; ask us and we remove you at once.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it. Write to team@kramer.llc from the email on your account and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you in Funnel or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top is the last change.
